I wasn’t familiar with The Chapman House until we had to find a place for my aunt to live. I quickly became impressed with their facility and the staff. They are so friendly, caring and accommodating and kept us well informed. They took such great care of my aunt, which was so comforting to the family.

February 2025 Announcement

Dear Family Member:

Winter is almost at a midpoint and hopefully, the Groundhog will predict Spring is drawing near

There are moments when a favorite food makes the day a little brighter. If your loved one chooses to have a few snacks in her room, please provide plastic containers with a sealed lid for said items. This will preserve freshness and aid in keeping the room clean

Outings with family add to the quality of life for your loved one. If your loved one is going out with a family member or friend, please remember to sign out the loved one in front of the foyer

Included with this flyer is an invitation to our Partners in Care Family Meeting. In conjunction with Andwell Health Partners, The Chapman House plans to offer the opportunity to share resources and learn together through these monthly early evening gatherings

Please remember to return (if you have not already) the form to update your loved one’s contact, physician, and insurance Information. Providing copies of any insurance cards will help to ensure accuracy when sharing information with providers and/or vendors

As the New Year begins, the hope is to continue to work with you and your loved ones for the best and most satisfying experience at The Chapman House. Please share any suggestions or ideas you may have with us

The Staff Members and The Board of Directors wish to thank all of our residents, families and vendors for enabling us to make The Chapman House a home.
