Schedule a tour with our incredible staff to meet the team and take a look at our facilities. We accept ladies who are aged 65 or older. Walkers, canes, and oxygen are acceptable. Staff is trained to handle diabetes and insulin management, and assistance is given to answering questions regarding financial affordability through private pay or insurance.

We continue to monitor and follow CDC COVID-19 guidelines and recommendations. Our staff wear masks at all times and we ask visitors to wear a mask in the hallways of the building. 

Chapman House Oct '24 Announcement

Autumn is officially upon us, with the days growing shorter and nights getting colder. It’s sad to see the summer go, but we have plenty of autumn themed activities planned for the Fall season.

Now that it is officially fall, Gil, our Kitchen Manager, has started to include more autumn themed dishes into the menu rotation. He is also excited to announce that we are going to be starting a new dietary program in the kitchen to heighten the dining experience. If there are any questions, feel free to reach out to Gil. We will also be upgrading to a new stove in the kitchen to help the experience.

Here at The Chapman House, we would like to welcome our new Director of Maintenance and Housekeeping, Jacob Anderson. We are excited to have him part of our Chapman House team. If there are any maintenance requests, feel free to have one of the staff fill out a maintenance form for the residents.

Sheryll is planning to have a small Halloween party for the residents on the 30th. We encourage them to dress up to play the many themed games during this event. The residents will also get a visit from the daycare children over at the Auburn YMCA for trick or treating.

Saturday, November 14th, we will be holding our annual Holiday Craft Fair. It will be held from 9:00am to 2:00pm. If you or someone you know would like to rent a space, please contact Sheryll to RSVP. Each space will be $25. We’re hoping to have a great turnout this year.
