Visit The Chapman House

Schedule a tour with our incredible staff to meet the team and take a look at our facilities. We accept ladies who are aged 65 or older. Walkers, canes, and oxygen are acceptable. Staff is trained to handle diabetes and insulin management, and assistance is given to answering questions regarding financial affordability through private pay or insurance.

We continue to monitor and follow CDC COVID-19 guidelines and recommendations. Our staff wear masks at all times and we ask visitors to wear a mask in the hallways of the building. 

August 2024 Announcement

September at The Chapman House

The September winds have finally arrived, and with it the changing of the leaves. The Chapman House is ready to embrace the colors of autumn as we end off our summer days.

National Assisted Living Week September 13th through September 19th

Sheryll Segar, our wonderful Activity Director, has planned multiple events for the residents throughout the week.

Starting Sunday September 13th with a family lunch. To accommodate seating for residents and family members, there will be two seating times for the meal. A music performance will also be included during the family lunch.

Another activity available to resident family members is the magic show being held on Tuesday, the 15th. The show will start at 6 pm and will be located in the dining room.

Other activities happening during the week for our residents include:

  • Big Money Bingo
  • An Old Hollywood Gala with Awards
  • A Murder Mystery
  • Multiple Music Performances

If family members wish to help dress up the residents for these events, that would be appreciated.
