I wasn’t familiar with The Chapman House until we had to find a place for my aunt to live. I quickly became impressed with their facility and the staff. They are so friendly, caring and accommodating and kept us well informed. They took such great care of my aunt, which was so comforting to the family.

Dear Family Member:

Thank you to those of you who came to the Gaden Party Picnic on July 24, 2024. The Board of Directors and staff are pleased to serve you and those whom you love. Employees are privileged to come to such a beautiful place to assist in meeting the needs of the ladies who reside at The Chapman House.

By working with Deanna regarding this information, your loved one’s coverage and accounts will allow for accurate and efficient usage/results of these benefits.

Transportation: if you are transporting your loved one to the doctor’s office, we MUST receive the written doctor’s orders from the appointment to facilitate proper care of the resident.  The doctor’s progress note MUST be sent back to the staff so modifications (if any) can be made to our individualized plan of care.
